Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 5, 2026 · Last updated: August 5, 2026

The short version: our applications collect no user information at all — everything you create stays on your device. Our website keeps only the minimal server logs needed to run it. We do not sell, share, or monetize personal information, and we strictly comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).

01Who we are & scope

This Privacy Policy is issued by Moe AI LLC ("Moe AI," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company registered in Montana, USA. It describes how we handle information in connection with:

  • our website at moe.sb and its subdomains (the "Website"); and
  • the software applications we publish for desktop and mobile platforms (the "Apps").

By using the Website or the Apps, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use our services.

02Our apps: zero collection

Our Apps are designed around a simple principle: your data is yours, and it never leaves your device.

  • No personal information is collected. The Apps do not collect, transmit, or store your name, email address, device identifiers, location, contacts, or any other personal information.
  • All data stays on your device. Any content, settings, or files you create in the Apps are stored locally on your device only. We have no access to them and no servers that receive them.
  • No accounts required. The Apps work without registration, sign-in, or any form of user identity.
  • No analytics or tracking. The Apps contain no analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, crash-reporting services, or third-party trackers.
  • You control deletion. Uninstalling an App, or deleting its data through your operating system, permanently removes all data it stored. There is nothing for us to delete on our side, because we never had it.

If a specific App ever requests an operating-system permission (for example, access to files you choose to open), that access is used solely to provide the feature you invoked, on-device, and is never used to transmit data to us or anyone else.

03Our website

The Website is informational. We keep data handling to the minimum required to operate it reliably and securely:

  • Server logs. Like virtually all websites, our servers automatically record basic technical information for each request — such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamp. We use these logs solely for security, abuse prevention, and operational troubleshooting, and we retain them only as long as needed for those purposes.
  • No advertising or tracking cookies. We do not run third-party advertising, and we do not use tracking cookies or cross-site tracking technologies.
  • Fonts. The Website loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests font files from Google's servers. Google's handling of those requests is described in Google's Privacy Policy.

04When you contact us

If you email us (for example, at support@moe.sb) or otherwise reach out, we receive the information you choose to provide — typically your email address and the content of your message. We use it only to respond to you and to provide the services you request. We do not add you to marketing lists, and we do not share this information with third parties except as described below.

05Sharing & selling

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information only in these narrow cases:

  • Service providers. Infrastructure vendors (such as hosting and email providers) that process data on our behalf, under obligations to protect it and use it only to provide their services to us.
  • Legal requirements. When required by law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Moe AI, our users, or the public.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply to previously collected information.

06Data security

We apply industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards to the limited data we do handle — including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and minimal retention. Because the Apps store everything on your device, the security of App data also depends on your device's own protections (such as device encryption and passcodes), which we encourage you to enable.

07Children's privacy

Our Website and Apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since our Apps collect no personal information from anyone, they collect none from children either. If you believe a child has provided us personal information (for example, by email), contact us and we will delete it promptly.

08California privacy rights (CCPA / CPRA)

We strictly comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). If you are a California resident, you have the following rights with respect to your personal information:

  • Right to know — what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and why.
  • Right to delete — request deletion of personal information we hold about you.
  • Right to correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to opt out of sale or sharing — we honor this by default: we do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.
  • Right to limit use of sensitive personal information — we do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CPRA.
  • Right to non-discrimination — we will never discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

How this applies in practice

Because our Apps collect no personal information and our Website keeps only short-lived operational logs, in most cases there is simply no personal data on file for us to disclose, correct, or delete. You may nonetheless exercise any of the rights above at any time by emailing support@moe.sb with the subject line "California Privacy Request." We will verify your request and respond within the timeframes required by law (generally 45 days), free of charge. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.

Notice of "Do Not Sell or Share": Moe AI does not sell personal information and has not done so in the preceding 12 months, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

09Other jurisdictions

If you are located outside the United States — including in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or other regions with data-protection laws — the same substance applies: our Apps process your data only locally on your device, and the minimal Website data we handle is used only for the legitimate interests of operating and securing the service. Where such laws grant you rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or objection, you may exercise them by contacting us at support@moe.sb.

10Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and material changes will be highlighted on the Website. Your continued use of the Website or Apps after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
